14-Day Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase in every way but our return policy allows you to have plenty time to consider your purchase. You can return any item in its original condition without any customization within 14 days of the date received for a full refund, credit or exchange unless your purchase was custom/ customized which in that case all sales are final.

It is the aim of Brilliant to be the premier choice for fine quality diamonds and jewelry. Brilliant merchandise has a limited 30-day warranty, and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise.

Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer, and Brilliant shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.

In the event that you would like to have merchandise examined by another laboratory or grading entity, Brilliant accepts no responsibility for those results. Such findings will in no way affect or alter certification, appraisal or grading documents provided by Brilliant , and shall simply serve as the customer’s reference items.

Our Return Policy

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your credit or new item will be processed as quickly as possible (depending on the item speed will vary). Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear of those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Brilliant ), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Brilliant return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.

How to Prepare a Return

If you are having to mail a return of a diamond or jewelry item to Brilliant, follow our three step process:

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call (866) 305-9683 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of the package beneath the address
    sticker.
  2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and the certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write, jewelry, diamonds or any other words indicating the items enclosed. Items should be addressed to: BSC 1795 Laurelhurst Dr. Salt Lake City, Utah 84108
  3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item your returning is listed as:

· Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. (Brilliant is not responsible for loss or damage of returned items being shipped)

· More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Brilliant  is not responsible for loss or damage of returned items being shipped. FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500)

Brilliant Services reserves the right to correct, update, modify or otherwise change the terms and conditions of sale, information, and prices at any time at our sole discretion and without notice. Appraisals, Grading Reports and Lab Certificates are in part, subjective, and may vary as to qualities and descriptions depending upon the agent, laboratory, appraiser and the scientific methods applied. The user hereby acknowledges that the use of the replacement services provided, this site and its recourses, information and services shall be solely at his/her own risk.

by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, use, modify or in any way display or distribute this information without permission. User further agrees that these conditions cannot be modified by any oral statements or any other dealings between Brilliant Services and the user.

Brilliant Services is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. We are required by law to collect sales tax from Utah residents or for purchases delivered within Utah. Utah sales tax is not applicable to merchandise shipped outside of Utah to residents of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states. Compliance with any state sales or use tax is the responsibility of the customer. Contact your state’s tax division for more information.
